Smart Identity Pro is formatting software which extracts a printable CR80 sized card layout, from an E-Aadhaar PDF file, as per UIDAI standards.
E-Aadhaar PDFs can be obtained directly from UIDAI portal/services, after OTP/Biometric user authorization.
Smart Identity Pro requires the below software requisites before it can run.
.Net 4.0 full version (or Higher)
Adobe Reader DC
Make sure both are installed properly before running Smart Identity Pro.
Other than this, Smart Identity Pro installation is as easy as pie.
It works well on Windows 7/8/8.1/10, both 32 /64 bit.
Some say, it works with Windows XP as well, but we do not guarantee the same.
Demo version has all the features except Usage Tracking Reports.
Additionally a Sample watermark is placed on your e-Aadhaar, while using Demo version.
You can purchase a License using purchase options within Demo Version, or from the e-Store page.
License would be sent to yur email-id within 4 working hours of successful receipt of payment.
Once you receive a License Key, you can register the same using Smart Identity Pro -> ’Activate Now’ -> 'License' -> 'Enter License Key'.
Your Licenses are registered against your email-id and phone number, make sure both are correct before completing the registration.
Once saved sucessfully, you should be able to open e-Aadhaar files without 'Sample' watermark.
You can easily migrate to a different Machine or the same Machine once Windows installation is ready again.
All you need to do is, register agaian using Smart Identity Pro -> ’Activate Now’ -> 'License' -> 'Enter License Key'.
Make sure to use your registered email-id and phone number while completing the registration, else it would fail.
Once saved sucessfully, you should be able to open e-Aadhaar files without 'Sample' watermark.
*** License registration/re-registration is possible only once in 7 calender days. i.e.
you shall not be allowed to Move/Migrate the License to any other system within 7 days of registration/re-registration.
Well, it can work with any printer as far as it can print!
Weather you use thermal card printers like Magicard /Evolis/ Zebra/ Fargo/ Smart/ Datacard,
or Epson Inkjet PVC printers,
or any A4 sheet printer, Smart Identity Pro would work fine.
You can select an appropriate printer type, under Smart Identity Pro Settings.
Do remember to check the recommended settings for your printer on the Downloads Page.
Make sure you are using Adobe Reader DC.

This indicates that your Printer-driver handshake was not successful
Set this printer to default under Windows -> 'Devices and Printers' tab -> 'Right Click' -> Set as default.
Contact a computer technician if problem persists.
Licenses/Wallets are generally issued/activated within 4 working hours of successful receipt of payment.
Please wait for 24 banking hours for the transaction to settle/reflect.
If it was a bank gateway failure, amount should credit in your account. You can also try verifying the same with your bank meanwhile.
Otherwise, write to us immediately with trasaction details, so that we can help you track the same.
You can use 'Report Issue' option to log an issue.
You shall receive a reply within 24 hours if there is anything you can do to open the same in your insatallation.
Else, these issues are generally addressed with next software update.
